Bill, remember the old saying about a new sucker coming along every minute? In today's market for y2k stocks the sucker rate must be higher. There was a y2k article in our local Sunday paper today quoting two US Senators (both Republicans as you might guess). They now claim it is a $1.6 trillion problem and want the President to create a new department to deal with it. One of the Senators said on the Senate floor that electronic watches would "fry on peoples arms" if the bug is not fixed. Never underestimate the stupidity of politicians!!!

But there will be a lot more y2k hype as we near the year end. I have now covered most of my y2k shorts and will short again in late December, hopefully at higher prices.
