Mike, One question for you. Mork told me he was short 100,000 shares because he sold a long position and then couldn't deliver the certificates. He also stated that you just simply couldn't short this stock, non-marginable. If what he is saying is correct, why wasn't he been forced to cover already. The 3 daye rule. Is there anyway to independently verify that information. How has he been able to keep from covering if you can't short? thanks
