FIDO...next court action is 28th of this month. A three judge panel will hear IOM's charges in a Paris District Court. More complete description can be found in link provided by Ben's #36895. Somewhere on this thread are informative details re. preliminary court findings that would seem to strongly favor IOM. That post was about a week ago but I've given up trying to locate...must be deeply buried in other info. Re Darrell's post: I've always looked forward to his information and point of view...still do. However, his evening posts confuse me a bit. Whatever...when I trade I want ALL the news, ALL the opinions and ALL the rumors I can get my hands on. It's my money and it's my responsibility to make the decisions; not Darrell's or anyone else's. Bonus thought...from my perspective Gary is about 90 percent noise...however...he also provides me with some provocative and useful stuff. Come on back if you want Gary...post whatever you damn well please. Michael
