This company deserves to go out of business for its criminal practices.
I view this as a healthy event for Japan. Performing loans will be sold off to other banks. I would imagine a lot of Japanese corporations which have been involved in these trading scams are going to have to cough up their losses to make the ordinary investors whole.

I heard a discussion on public radio last night and this was viewed positively by most of the experts.
