You don't need an attorney for SS. They play by the rules. If you have a problem PM me first before you see an attorney. No sense spending money on what the government provides freely.

I am not an attorney so this isn't legal advice.

The typical SS attorney needs you to file right away and that will more or less be your action date. Then the attorney's shop will crawl as slow as possible. Why...well glad you asked.

An SS Attorney gets something like 25% up to around 6000 dollars (no more) for back payment of your claim. If you just filed, you need time to build up back pay...right? lol
