It looks like Mexico or some other Central American hellhole. Did you hear the Mestizos the reporter interviewed? They were all as dumb as a stump. And my God! That female reporter and her film crew were taking their lives in their own hands! It's a miracle that she and her film crew weren't raped, beaten, robbed, and killed! Listen to the gunshots all around them!! This is another prime example of the a place where the civil cold war has become an active hot war.
