John,

So I'm assuming that Mr. Mork just lost these certificates somewhere?? Maybe his dog ate them??

Hell, it used to work on my High School Elizabethan English teacher when she inquired into the status of my 10 page essay on the history of the Globe Theater... :0)

Either he still has the certificates locked away somewhere, or he sold short. I think the Cartel members are right, Mork is short and in a typical market should be losing his *ss right now. But then again, he isn't. Shares are showing up in the marketplace from somewhere and I suspect that it is from individuals who possess 144 stock and are selling short to lock in profits with the promise to deliver registered and tradeable 144 stock in the near term future. That is why the question of when this 144 stock to management was originally issued is so important. Restricted status is only 12 months.

And why would mmkrs do this?? Because it adds liquidity to the market. They in effect have a lien on the 144 shares.

How about it Mr. Kugler, you're a broker... What's your opinion on my scenario??

If RMIL doesn't see drastic upward action next week, I would suggest that you all start pressuring this company for some straight answers as to where the stock is coming from.

Also, one more question for the brokers out there. Supposed the SEC halts trading in this stock and find Mr. Mork guilty of illegal short selling. Can the SEC make him buy back the stock in the open market at prevailing prices??? NO!! I say. He will fight them in court and quite likely be fined (imprisoned?) for illegally selling shares he didn't own in the first place. And the broker that did the deal right along with him will have to replace them. But then all of this will take time and legal effort and expense. That won't bode well for you long timers out there waiting for the short position to be covered.

Regards,

Ron
