Hi Terry,

I just got off of the phone with the CFO -- there is no material news to explain the share price drop ... she is not aware of anything negative. They are still on target with Starfish and Thomas is in Europe doing a dog and pony show at the moment.

I am not happy about it either -- most of the share holder base is retail and I expect that most of the selling is technical as we have dropped below the 200 day MA ... my best guess.
