Ron,
Mork's story is that he was selling shares (sale not long) for Zapara. He says Zapara failed to deliver the promised shares to Mork, leaving him short.
As far as shares showing up, the company told Pugs that the 144 (insider, and presumable locked up shares) have come from the pre-split shares. If that's true, then the 2 million S-8's are probably out there floating.
And, by my calculations, the most pre-split shares that could conceivably be attributed to Morgan and Breton, post split would be 234,361. that number comes from the 100,000 shares to Ekrhen, the 1,500,000 S-8's, and 5,430,833 shares issued for consulting services in 1996. |
