Remember back in the 1990s when Republican tried to slow the rate of growth of Medicare and the Clinton Dems all screamed that they were cutting Social Security and Medicare when slowing the rate of growth isn't a cut at all. Clinton was the worst. Now here the Dems are actually doing a lot worse. We should be screaming about scaring seniors and cutting benefits just like Clinton.
