Look at ITSI fund.& tech strong big move coming.they have no debt plenty of cash no problems and major contracts coming ,new management that runs a tight ship. Technically has a large base and has never retraced from the low to the high.MACD line is crossing on the dailys which produce an avg. 1 to 1 1/2 move and the monthlys are up which have produced anywhere from a 4 to 6 point move.I went back to 83 and this cross has produced a move every time.
