I have been told we have the votes; that proxies will be sent out; that papers have been filed with the Canadian Authorities to prevent further dilution of more than 5%; that some sort of action has already been started in regards to the last dilution; and that any part of the company aside from AK-CJ ownership will be sold off and the proceeds issued as a dividend before the merger.

Now you know what I know.

Just had a thought - who owns this other company? Might be aa attempt to strip the cash from Camphor.
