Riley,

Don't you think that you likely have enough in certificate form at this moment to force a short squeeze??

Did I understand your figures correctly?? If so, then there should only be 165,000 shares out there to be traded. That's less than 10% of the outstanding shares isn't it??

You folks should know next week what's up if this stock doesn't start moving up. Remember if the mmkrs are naked short (which would be utterly stupid and criminal given the SEC's visit to the company, then they should start fighting with one another to capture whatever shares they can from the public (that's YOU folks!!). Thus, they would jack up the price before the other guys does.

But even then, you can't force the mmkrs to cover their short positions. It would likely be cheaper to pay the fine to the SEC. What would be the extent of the fine?? 3 times the money that they gained from illegally short-selling the stock in the first place.

Now where would that leave your short squeeze??

Again, your opinion Mr. Kugler since you are a broker?? Any other brokers out there care to comment?

Regards,

Ron
