"NHS Health Solutions, Inc. (hereby referred to as “Corporation”) would like to notify its shareholders that the state of incorporation has been changed from Nevada to Florida. The Articles of Conversion for the Corporation were sent to the state of Nevada at the end of February 2012, and were accepted for filing by the state on March 6, 2012. Essentially, the ability of the Florida Secretary of State’s website to provide a higher level of transparency to any and all stakeholders, by actually displaying any documents or filings posted, coupled with the geographical location of the Corporations Directors, Officers, and counsel, made this a sensible and easy corporate transition.
"The Corporation is also pleased to announce an official change to its share structure; the authorized share count has been lowered to 500,000,000, from a previous total of 750,000,000. This consolidation of the share structure was unanimously agreed to by the Board of Directors.
"The Directors are now working with the corporate attorney to bring all the company filings up to date as soon as possible and will post further updates as progress towards this goal is achieved."
