One good thing about Hurricane Katrina is that it exposed New Orleans for what it really was (and still is). -ng-

Absolutely correct, John. I often take pride in "thinking" that I'm politically savvy, but even I was SHOCKED by the facts exposed. I was as dumb as most people (probably DUMBer).

It put New Orleans in the same category as Chicago for corruption.
