Dwight, I think the news is that NNO wants to buy more of, and not sell its share of Acgua Rica. Perhaps the silver/copper aspects make this a less scary play han a pure gold mine would be nowadays.

Anyhow, NNO is also in good financial shape and while MAENF cash may have been used, I doubt it was very much.

The Miramar Web site is a good source for financials on both cos.
