Bollore Bol.PA - I am not sure if this is a value stock or not but it's an interesting outfit. Controlled by the Bollore family via a somewhat complex holding structure. They have their fingers in many different business lines, like Battery manufacturing, freight logistics, media and plantations in Africa. Some obscure holding companies like Compagnie de Cambodga (listed under the listed company link on their website) are interesting bit it's hard or almost impossible to value this.
