Medicare probably would have, too -- if they had any rational system for appealing the charges.

And liberals want to see "Medicare for everyone."

All because equal access to them is more important than quality of health care.

After that, we'll figure out who should pay for all of it. The richest 1%? Why not? Worked so well for California.
