Americans and Canadians who finance the IRA are still held responsible for terrorist acts and so should wanton acts of kidnapper financiers. We can't have Brumar running around the world playing Deputy Dawg with lives and laws. They have to be held accountable to earthly laws which at all times trumps their fantasy laws.
