Divide "voters" into two groups. 1) union members and, 2) non-union members who vote along with union members. Non- union members who side with union members are, for the most part, unwittingly being influenced by a lying union leadership. Union members, on the other hand, know EXACTLY what they are voting for. It's called their wage and benefit packages.
