I have been self employed my entire life. Never taken public assistance of any kind,including unemployment. But I support the concept of collective bargaining on the principle of balancing the concentration of power into corporate hands. The unions still live with the reality that if they ask for too much the company can just close up shop and move to another place. It is not iniquity when people stand up for themselves. That is just ridiculous to call it iniquity.
