Sure, but that doesn't make it a "health care issue". It isn't, anymore than eating the proper food is. And we don't pay for food with health insurance.

You have to draw the line somewhere. Birth control is a consumable item that is dirt cheap in most instances and that almost half the population uses. There is no element of risk management associated with its coverage.

And there is absolutely no reason government ought to be butting into private contracts between buyers and sellers of insurance.
