Al, I'm against government paying for Viagra and other treatments for ED. If you can't get it up, pay for the damn pills yourself.

Unwanted pregnancies are almost always the result of irresponsible behavior. It's one thing for government to fund said behavior (heck, they do it all the time), but it's yet another thing to force religiously-affiliated institutions to do just that.

Either way, government should not be involved in preventing or reducing unwanted pregnancies, other than maybe public service announcements and educating the public. And even then, who gets to say what (e.g. abstinence-only policies) is just plain stupid. If you can't tolerate a sensible message, don't bother living in the world we live in.
