Wondering if I'm being naive to think this POS will be declared unconstitutional in July.

I'd say if you get an abortion for a buck - it should include a reversible sterilization process that the recipient must pay for at a later date that reimbuses the government for the real cost of the original abortion.

It is more than apparent what this is an attempt to do.I'll not go down that road.It is just obvious to me.
