Jeffrey - its all hype out there in the sporting goods world - you may have the best lacrosse stick in the world - but everybody else is saying the same thing - so you gotta shout LOUDER.

You don't hype when you are selling rock crushers and ore separators and that may be Q's problem. Jim and all his managers can do the genteel engineering sell to mine owners - but they are lost when it comes to the razzle dazzle selling of sporting goods.
