Start swimming. I have helped more people then you can dream of. I was trying to help you but I don't do the work for someone. Elder's book is good for psychology. Since you have MSWIN take the time to system test his ideas and see if that is results you want. Notice he has a couple of stock charts, the rest are futures, where the small moves are blown up by margin. Good luck in your quest.
