I would put him up against may other presidents , he is smarter , more honest and a better manager than most, unfortunately he had to start in a big hole with everything sinking fast due to the economic panic of 2008; we are now coming out of it, dow 13,000?, employment growing again and , if not for Europe and Japan, our growth rate would be close to 4% a year. However with the contraction policies of the GOP , our auto industry would be half its current size and millions more unemployed. etc
