DMND is down $70.00 a share from $95.00 since Sept 2011 and have had to terminate 2 top executives. If I were on the Board of Directors I would require a total review of all procedure & professional advise ((.I would classify what has happen to DMND as an Urgent,High Impact situation.)) I guess any one can read the tea leaves & make any determination that you want to. Mine is that it is a very Bullish sign after a 70% drop in the stock price. Good Luck Kirby
