my only advice after reading the yearly report is be careful. the cash flow position is precarious, tied soley to the 1 for 10 split enabling yet another private placement. if you look at receiveables versus liabilities it is not a pleasant sight. they have sold off java centrale units to the point in which the paradise bakery is 90% of future revenue. that means a lot of muffins to sell.
