Novastars 10K filing...just for the record There always seems to be confusion as to when Novastars 10K is due, but I think this link will clarify it. sec.gov As a Non-Accelerated filer the deadline for filing Novastars 10K is 90 days from year end which for this year beacuse it was leap year is March, 30th. Last year it was filed on March 22, 2011. All that said, I think we can expect it this week, but I just wanted to share the actual due date with everyone. Rich
