Jim, here's some info I found on the stocks that you mentioned that should be concidered: TACT was recently downgraded by one analyst. It seems that next Friday's appearence by the CEO on CNBC's Squawk Box was already rewarded by the market last Fri. Next Fri. will be a slow market day being the day after Thanksgiving. ATMS has a history of an up year followed by a down year. Also noteworhty is that Nov. through March tends to be their lowest sales period of the year. Shares have been increasing dramatically due to warrant conversion, although the earnings per share has been increasing and the liabilities decreasing.. Institutional ownership is only 2 %. MTZ was upgraded by three brokerage houses in the last 2 weeks: 11/19 Montgomery 11/13 Oppenheimer 11/13 Morgan Keegan These upgrades were due to the settlement of labor union problems in Spain. The company has large exposure in Brazil and Argentina, which should be taken into concideration due to the current monetary crises in those countries. The Chairman and the CEO own a combined 55% of the shares. Sergio
