Let's see...The Obama administration wants to threaten that it is willing to draw DOWN on a strategic reserve, (which they will then go out in the open market to replenish and thus have a net zero change in inventory over a period of time) and that is their hammer...instead of promoting the increase of inventory and production in the US... Obama does not get it. Pitiful. You are much smarter than Obama...
