OK, 3,000,000 shares at $2.00 each. Were the shares returned at disngagement? You and I know that they should get something back, or should they a deal is a deal and the shares would have to be in the count yet your numbers todate do not add up if they were 144 issued shares in JMC. Looks a little innovative to me.
