And another financing for DSCO drops it ~20% to the offering price of $2.80. With Surfaxin approved -- but no launching until late this year -- I guesstimated it would need a few tens of millions and a partnership not to need another one for a a long time. This deal for $46 million pretty much covers all the bases, IMO, even w/o a partnership with much upfront. I'll go out on a limb and call this a buying op, not something I'd say about many stocks right now.
