Skeeter, nobody is going to "win". It was a one horse show for awhile, but now everybody gets to play. Meanwhile, 3Com made a huge jump in closing the gap with Rockwell in pure market share, and soon enough we'll have a v.pcm standard. In re IBM, I believe the box to which you refer will incorporate their MWave modem, for which they have licensed x2 for 56k code. Can you cite a link that describes it using 'Flex? Just curious to see if they've really altered their modem offerings.
