RIM needs a risk taker , a visionary , toss out the MBAs , stay steadfast on their main platform and make it better and perhaps come out with a product that kids will want as an alternative to apple . they also need a product that the general public has yet to realize they really need , easy to say difficult to execute .
MBAs are incapable of doing this . The best thing to do would be to bronze them and use them as door stops .
