There will be an annual stockholders meeting beginning at 9:00 a.m. MST at the Nampa Civic Center, Nampa, Idaho, on Monday, Nov. 24th, to accomplish the following (at least):

1. elect 8 directors
2. approve an amendment to co. stock option plan increasing # shares for issuance from 5M to 10M.
3. appoint Cooppers and Lybrand L.L.P. as independent accountants for co.

Hopefully, you can add to that

4. Getting an earful from stockholders regarding unfulfilled potential of company and stock value!
