DOMK

They have no product, appear to have enough money to pay for a shitload of advertising to coincide with the new IPad release, as close as they have tied their only non-existent product to the IPad

They claim to have the same product already available for the IPad 1 and 2, and according to the PR yesterday, engineers were anxiously awaiting to get their hands on the IPad3 today so they can develop any changes within weeks of the IPad3'S release (if changes are even necessary, they emphasize). This appears to be a straight out lie. There is no existing "SOLApad" that I could find and if you have $350 you can have the trademark through the US patent office at USPTO.gov. They did buy the domains solapad.com and solawerks.com on feb 24 and filled solawerks with a cheesy and cheap website. So for a 3 week old company with no product (but a really nice picture of it) and no revenues or business whatsoever, they still have a market cap of about 150 mill after the 30% beatdown today.
