Adam I wouldn't be so sure of CSCO not buying a TMN company. Just remember that they own a stake in OSI. Clearly, their investment has not been a good one.I wouldn't doubt they see true value here with the MSFT/HP relationship! One thing going for us is that Jeff Drazan had/has a close relationship with the networkers . He was the largest holder of Stratacom which was a 400MM company that got by CSCO in 96' for 4.2BB. My bucks with Drazan, out with the peasants like Waszak and most of all Stephan. One last thing,an industry guy my broker spoke to ,said a year back that TCSI wanted to buy Vertel but the deal fell apart(so did Tcsi's stock).Wonder what kind of value Vertel would be worth in a merger or takeover? ML
