She certainly described the character well < It is this foulest of creatures – the double-parasite who lives on the sores of the poor and the blood of the rich – whom men have come to regard as the moral idea." ". . . Do you wonder why the world is collapsing around us? That is what I am fighting, Mr. Rearden. Until men learn that of all human symbols, Robin Hood is the most immoral and the most contemptible, there will be no justice on earth and no way for mankind to survive." >

And here we have somebody real actually saying they want a bit of Robin Hood rules. Amusingly, they want a trifecta, not just a double-parasite status. They want to rob somebody, primarily for their own benefit, but also to get support via the sores of the poor by paying them and then they want to be admired for their goodness.

Weirdly, people like Metacomet seem unable to understand that. If they would just say "We do what we like and if you don't like it, too bad, we'll kill you." I would say at least they are complying with a very natural law, the law of the jungle. But should better be ready for some return fire. Which is what has happened in horrific proportions in many countries which experienced civil war as fighting over the spoils via jungle rules.
