Now you're asserting that the 1st Amendment means no anti-obscenity laws. I'd say that's for the courts to decide. I don't know why you made an exception for child porn and rape porn in your previous post ... surely those are 1st amendment protected too?

As a fallback to voting for Obama, you could also choose to vote for a Republican candidate you think was lying when he promised to enforce federal obscenity laws.
