Now you're asserting that the 1st Amendment means no anti-obscenity laws. I'd say that's for the courts to decide. I don't know why you made an exception for child porn and rape porn in your previous post ... surely those are 1st amendment protected too?

This should be obvious, but I'll explain it to you. Child porn and rape porn (where someone is actually raped) does not involve consenting adults. The rights of others are being violated in a most heinous way and then being recorded. Hardcore porn is different in that it is between consenting adults. Nobody's rights are being violated. If you do not understand the difference between the two, I would recommend reading the constitution and then getting back to me before making another absurd statement.
