So foreign oil companies drill for oil on our land or territory, keep it all, have it refined here and then ship the products overseas? In the meantime, our citizens face rapidly rising gasoline prices. The R's say that is because Obama won't let them drill where they want to....that is a lie, of course but the "party faithful" accept that in mindless fashion.... What do we gain from foreigners drilling for oil on our territory ?
