He had a seminar in Philadelphia Pa this past Dec. In some discussions he forecasted/said it appeared there would be a bottom this summer in precious metals if everything aligned....from that bottom, if it occurred, it looked as tho it will take off and that it would be the "bottom".... not his exact words, but that was how I understood it.
