Now I have some real questions: The company says it wholly owns all its subsidiaries yet it also says it pays out $196200 in yearly rent ($3750 permonth in Dominican Republic, $6300 each per month for Nicaragua and Florida=16350x12=196200) Who gets the lease payments? Who owns the factories or are they different factories? I also note that there is a balloon payment on a note due in October 97 of a $200,000 note and monthly payments of $5982 for 18 months on a $50,000 note at 18%. There is/was an unrelated party claim against the company for around$1.500,000 + interest and lawyers fees. Does anyone know the status of this? These are questions and not,I repeat NOT negative opinions. Please respond if you have any information. Thanks Ken ludwig
