You don't.

I made it very clear that the 1st amendment doesn't protect speech or expression that harms another. Libel and Slander are not protected either. Why? because it harms another. If you can demonstrate how you are harmed when two people having sex that is recorded and then viewed by someone other than yourself, then maybe you would have some sort of case. And if you are watching porn and you don't like it, I'd strongly suggest turning the channel or not hitting enter on PornsRus.com.

the slippery slope is very real. When you define obscene by what can offend you, you run the risk of that working against you as well. What law are you going to fall back on when a group gets into power that finds the bible to be obscene or when wearing a crucifix is considered to be offensive? What? That's just crazy talk, right? Read up about laws pertaining to the bible and non-muslim religious symbols in Saudi Arabia. But that can't happen here! Right? Read up on Dearborn Michigan where Christians were arrested for exactly what we are talking about. The reasoning on which you want to restrict pornography can be used on the bible or a crucifix.

If I wanted a theocratic dictatorship I would move to Saudi Arabia. I am disappointed to see how many people would support it here.

But these discussions are important. I'm beginning to think that Ron Paul may be the only candidate who deserves my vote.
