You and I will never come to an understanding on this. You don't recognize any power other than official power. Did you never go to high school? <g> Voluntary/mandatory is not binary. Not in the real world. Not if you don't want to spend your life alone in a shack in the mountains, which you would probably call "voluntary shunning."
