NEWS - Repsol (REP.MC) - Argentina government aim to regain control YPF by winter Pagina 12, Argentinean newspaper, reported that Argentina's government plans to regain control of YPF by winter. YPF, subsidiary of Repsol, was a state-run company until 1999. The article mentioned that the government is planning a number of options for forcing YPF to increase production, including an outright nationalization, a less intense intervention in the company, and the possibility of helping other investors acquire more shares in the company.
