This stock looks undervalued to me too, since VU is growing
like gangbusters. I patronize their stores myself, since they
are really cheap ($2 gets you a non-new release for 3 days..)

But, therein lies a problem for investors: how are they going to make
money if they sell so cheaply? My observation from the ones
have used is that they don't get more customers than expensive stores-
on the contrary, the expensive ones get alot more customers,
because they have better locations and/or better atmosphere.

I think size could be deceptive here, because if their stores
individually don't do well, then they will be getting weaker the more
stores they build.

I get the feeling that they deliberately choose inferior locations
so they can open alot of stores cheaply...but unfortunately, this
is retail, and location is critical.

Anyone have any insight here? How does their individual store
performance stack up against other video chains?
