Our minds think alike. The Houston railroad yards are a MESS. News reports anticipate cost increases to show up very, very soon down here. It's a major problem with the chemical companies. I was watching a news report that was scanning the railroad yards and told my friends, that what we were seeing now was a drop in the bucket compared to what we'll be seeing in two years.
